Sage Surfaces, LLC is seeking a Cabinet Installation Tech as a 1099 subcontractor to install pre-manufactured cabinetry at clients' homes across New York. Projects pay per job, typically $3,000–$5,000 each, with 1–3 projects per month depending on availability and volume.

You set your own schedule and manage your workflow as an independent contractor. You’ll bring your own tools, have a valid license or insured status, and an EPA Lead Safe Renovator certificate.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of cabinet installation or related carpentry.
• Experience installing pre-manufactured cabinetry.
• Own tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy components.
• EPA Lead Safe Practices Certificate.
• Ability to read blueprints and floor plans.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
