Job summary

Sage Surfaces, LLC is seeking a Cabinet Installation Tech to join as a 1099 subcontractor. Work is project-based with control over hours and workflow, traveling to various job sites to install pre-manufactured cabinetry according to designs.

You will measure rooms, cut and fit components, and maintain high standards of workmanship while coordinating with homeowners and our scheduling team. A minimum of 1 year in cabinet installation and a valid license/insurance plus EPA Lead Safe Certificate

Qualifications

1+ year of cabinet installation or related carpentry experience.
Proficiency in installing pre-manufactured cabinetry and related woodwork with precision.
Your own required tools and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift heavy components and work in various physical environments.
License or insurance and an EPA Renovator for Lead Safe Practices Certificate.
Strong ability to interpret blueprints and floor plans.
Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Travel to various job sites and install pre-manufactured cabinetry per design specifications.
Take precise in-home measurements to ensure accurate installation.
Coordinate with homeowners and designers to verify project Scope and schedule.
Maintain clear communication with homeowners and retail partners throughout the project.
