Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality checks as a 1099 independent contractor. Visits are scheduled twice monthly, one hour each, with flexible start dates upon certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Begin with an audit, follow up to resolve issues, and progress to visual merchandising.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
