Job summary

ThirdChannel is looking for a Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality-control visits as a 1099 independent contractor. You will act as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing audits, ensuring product quality, and elevating the brand experience.

Visits are twice per month, each lasting one hour, with compensation starting at $24 per hour and additional travel incentives.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Each initial visit begins with an audit, followed by follow-up visits and visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
