Job summary

A professional interpreting service is seeking certified American Sign Language Interpreters in Orem, UT. Independent contractors will have the flexibility to accept assignments based on their schedule and receive competitive fees based on experience. Candidates must have an Associate or Bachelor degree, RID certification, and fluency in both English and American Sign Language. This role includes commitments to assignments and client interactions in medical and mental health settings.

Qualifications

• Must possess RID certification.
• Must have state’s QA equivalent level certification.
• Proof required for License or Registration.

Responsibilities

• Accept or decline assignments based on personal schedule.
• Commit to assignments accepted and arrive on time.
• Use provided invoicing platform and seek support as needed.
