Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• APRN is a licensed independent practitioner responsible for managing health problems and coordinating health care for their assigned patient population.
• Clinical management is conducted in collaboration with other health care team members.
• Assess health status, diagnose, develop a plan of care and treatment, implement the treatment plan, and evaluate patient status.
