Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in their field of medicine.
• Unrestricted medical license or ability to obtain licensure in intended practice state.
• Eligibility for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable.
• Ability to obtain professional liability coverage and other required insurance.

Responsibilities

• Launch or acquire an independent medical practice with MedCBO support.
• Provide leadership for the physician-owned practice and maintain clinical autonomy.
• Develop payer relationships, practice operations, and growth strategy.
• Plan market entry, financing considerations, and regulatory readiness.
