Qualifications

• MD or DO degree is required.
• Board certification or board eligibility in the respective field is expected.
• Unrestricted medical license or ability to obtain licensure in the intended practice state.
• Eligibility for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable.
• Ability to obtain professional liability coverage and other required insurance at standard market rates.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in evaluating market opportunities for ownership and long-term practice development.
• Guide financing, staffing, technology, and operations to establish or acquire a practice.
• Provide non-clinical administrative and business support to ensure a compliant, financially sustainable medical enterprise.
