Responsibilities

• Advise on 1031 Exchanges, S Corp, and CCH matters.
• Liaise with IRS on behalf of clients when necessary.
• Stay updated with tax laws and industry trends.
• Assist clients with IRS 1120S forms.
• Act as fiduciary, prioritizing clients' best interests.
• Develop and implement income tax planning strategies.

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Permanent Independent Advisor in the Wealth Management industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is a self-starter, has a keen eye for detail, and who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality advice to our high net worth clients, ensuring their financial health and stability.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive financial planning and wealth management advice to high net worth individuals.
• Utilizing your expertise in tax planning, estate, gift, and trust matters to optimize client's financial situations.
• Conducting thorough tax reviews and preparing tax returns, including federal and state tax returns.
• Advising on 1031 Exchanges, S Corp, and CCH matters.
• Liaising with the IRS on behalf of clients when necessary.
• Staying updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and changes in tax laws.
• Assisting clients in understanding and implementing IRS 1120S forms.
• Acting as a fiduciary, putting the client's best interest first at all times.
• Developing and implementing strategies for income tax planning.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the mortgage industry.
• An active CPA license is required.
• Series 65 certification.
• Proven experience in wealth management and dealing with high net worth individuals.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in tax planning, federal and state tax, and IRS matters.
• Familiarity with 1031 Exchanges, S Corp, and CCH.
• Strong understanding of estate, gift, and trust matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex financial issues.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to acting as a fiduciary for our clients at all times.
