Job summary

EY is seeking an Ethics and Compliance Investigations Operations and Risk Specialist at Senior Associate level in the United States. The role focuses on managing centralized case systems, ensuring data integrity, and strengthening governance across global teams.

You will support investigation operations, perform quality control, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, analytics, and risk mitigation while maintaining high confidentiality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with case management systems, tracking platforms, or similar tech environments.
• Confidential handling of sensitive data and investigations-related information.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present insights for risk mitigation.
• Strong time management and project management skills in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the centralized case management system with accurate, timely records and aging oversight.
• Enable reliable reporting, governance, and risk management activities.
• Perform regular updates, audits, and quality checks of the system.
• Maintain thorough case records and liaise with global counterparts.
• Conduct QC reviews to support data integrity and compliance.
• Perform due diligence on personnel conduct history while maintaining confidentiality.
• Manage ECIT SharePoint site and ensure governance materials are current.
• Promote best practices in reporting, metrics, and dashboard creation.
• Support design and implementation of workflows, documentation, analytics, and controls.
• Prepare process guidance and operational documentation for ECIT protocols.
• Support governance, data protection, and risk-management efforts by identifying gaps and improvements.
