The Role:

Job Title: Independence Advocate (Part-Time – Remote)

Hours: Flexible (you decide)

Compensation: Commission-based, generous, and scaleable

Location: Anywhere (U.S. only for now)

Your Mission:

• Share your real Training Ties experience with parents, educators, and therapists you know
• Help families or schools buy a product that actually helps
• Get paid for every referral that results in a sale
• Empower kids, especially in the neurodivergent and special ed communities, to achieve independence

You’re perfect for this if:

• You’ve used and loved Training Ties (or plan to grab a pair today)
• You’re a parent, OT, PT, SPED teacher, daycare provider, or work with young kids
