Job description

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Engineer to join our Hyderabad-based Field Services Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical product sales, particularly within the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh markets, and should possess an established network among Electrical Contractors and Electrical Consultants. This role reports directly to the Regional Manager South at our Head Office in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales for Lightning Protection and Earthing Solutions in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and technical discussions to order finalization and payment recovery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with Electrical Contractors and Consultants to specify and position Indelec solutions in infrastructure projects.
  • Guide and support junior sales team members, if required.
  • Coordinate with internal technical, project, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 5–8 years of relevant sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in handling sales of electrical products or engineered solutions.
  • Preferred Background: Candidates with hands-on experience in working with Electrical Contractors and B2B project sales are highly preferred.
  • Strong regional market knowledge (Telangana & Andhra Pradesh) and established professional network.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Must be fluent in English and Telugu.
