Job summary

Velociti Services Co. is seeking an Encumbent Janitorial Team Member for our Memphis facility. This regular full-time role focuses on maintaining a clean and welcoming environment across offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.

The incumbent will follow safety procedures, operate cleaning equipment safely, and report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervision. Prior janitorial experience is helpful, and the position requires the ability to work independently or in a team while

Position Overview

The Janitorial Team Member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas. This position performs routine cleaning tasks, follows safety procedures, and helps create a clean and welcoming environment for everyone who uses the facility.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and other common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean and disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and frequently touched areas.
• Restock restroom and other supplies as needed.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and according to instructions.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply needs to a supervisor.
• Follow site-specific cleaning procedures and schedules.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
