Job summary

Sei Development Foundation seeks an Incubations Growth Lead to drive go-to-market and growth for incubation projects within a mini-agency inside Sei. Shape strategies, light up community flywheels, and prove traction across social metrics, token performance, and user adoption.

You will build GTM plans, own platform narratives, coordinate tokenomics storytelling with Labs and Legal, and lead listings across exchanges while driving activation and retention through incentivized programs.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in creating impactful content across X, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and other platforms.
• Led token GTM strategies for a major successful TGE (Token Generation Event).
• A deep understanding of crypto trends and storytelling that resonates with web3 communities.
• Strong creative instincts with ability to craft taglines, social narratives, and visually engaging content.
• Owner mentality, coupled with framework-driven strategic thinking and execution.
• Exceptional project management and multitasking skills to juggle multiple incubations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Canva for creating visual content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to adapt to the dynamic social media and crypto landscape.
• A passion for blockchain technology, with clear understanding of crypto-related trends and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Build positioning and messaging frameworks for each incubation project.
• Craft comprehensive launch plans including announcements, AMAs, partner pushes, and liquidity events.
• Set and hit growth KPIs across all channels, driving measurable traction.
• Architect creator/ambassador programs that 10× social reach and engagement.
• Own Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and other platform narrative arcs.
• Track sentiment, mindshare, and community health metrics across platforms.
• Coordinate tokenomics storytelling with Labs and Legal teams for compliance.
• Drive CEX and DEX listing pipelines alongside Business Development.
• Potentially plan liquidity mining, staking, and/or referral loops to boost velocity.
• Define target personas and acquisition funnels for each incubation.
• Launch incentivized quests, hackathons, and partner integrations.
• Instrument onboarding flows to maximize activation and retention rates.
• Build dashboards and weekly growth reports to founders and Foundation leadership.
