With our growth plans, we seek leaders willing to relocate within Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana to support our expansion. This role involves supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, maximizing sales, maintaining standards, motivating the team, and exceeding customer expectations to drive store performance.

What You’ll Bring
  • At least 4 years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, typically as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and team development skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze reports and guide performance improvements.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and motivational skills.
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store standards.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and resourcing skills.
  • Experience as a Key Holder, including security responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of safety, health, and operational policies.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written, for team leadership and customer service.

The pay range for this role is: $75,400 - $101,920. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
