What You’ll Do

With our significant growth plans, we are looking for leaders to join us in this location, who are open and willing to relocate to other Primark locations in the future to further their careers. This role requires the ability to relocate to stores within Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana as designated by Primark. This is your moment to thrive!

As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the store to ensure our customers have an excellent experience. Your responsibilities include maximizing sales, maintaining store standards, and motivating your team. By exceeding customer expectations and delivering on Primark’s value proposition, you will drive store sales to meet targets.

What You’ll Bring
  • At least 4 years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, typically as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience developing high-performing teams.
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to analyze reports and guide teams to improve performance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and motivational skills.
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store standards.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, including experience with resourcing and scheduling.
  • Experience as a Key Holder, including security responsibilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with team members and customers.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is: $71,760 - $96,720. This estimate considers internal equity and may vary depending on location, experience, and skills.
