Overview

ChabezTech LLC is seeking an experienced Incorta BI Architect to design and lead the implementation of advanced Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Incorta, strong experience in data architecture, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, enterprise-grade BI solutions.

Location: Manhattan, CA – Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise BI and reporting platforms using Incorta.
• Define and maintain data models, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data integration strategies for optimal performance.
• Develop and enforce best practices for data quality, governance, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to define BI requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Support and mentor BI developers and data engineers on Incorta and related technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the BI ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Architecture roles.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Incorta (designing schemas, dashboards, and data pipelines).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and analytical tools such as Apache Spark.
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and data warehouse architecture.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a global delivery model with effective onsite-offshore collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Background in retail, footwear, or apparel industries.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
