Job summary

T1 Energy in Wilmer, Texas, seeks an experienced IQA Inspector to join our manufacturing team. You will inspect incoming raw materials, perform lab tests, and collect data under the direction of the Quality Specialist.

You will read blueprints, determine sampling sizes, report non-conformances, and ensure calibration and cleanliness of the IQA lab. This role requires strong attention to GLP practices, basic math, and good communication.

Qualifications

• QA/QC experience in manufacturing or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and finished products using precision instruments.
• Record inspection data and upload to designated locations.
• Determine sampling sizes per the sampling plan.
• Read blueprints and 2D drawings for inspections.
• Report non-conformances and isolate suspect materials.
• Maintain calibration of equipment and keep IQA lab clean daily.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
