• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve both individual and departmental goals.
• Monitor department performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support quality investigations, corrective actions, and audit activities as needed.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
• Serve as a key liaison with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve quality concerns and drive improvements.

What You’ll Work On

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Operations.

• Experience supporting FDA-regulated environments.

• Knowledge of quality management systems, audits, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.

The base pay for this position is

$61,300.00 – $122,700.00
