Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• US Citizen required and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
• Experience in quality/receiving inspection in manufacturing.
• Familiar with CMM and interpreting drawings/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, components and products for conformance to specs and quality standards.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing lists and drawings.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM to perform inspections.
• Maintain inspection records and document non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Identify and document non-conforming materials and coordinate with suppliers for corrective actions.
• Communicate inspection results to procurement, QA and production teams.
• Follow up on non-conformance reports to ensure timely closure.
