Qualifications

• Approval to teach Autism, special education; commitment to inclusive, respectful classroom environment.
• Ability to design and deliver differentiated, data-informed programs to improve academic, social and behavioural outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, parents, external agencies and community.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver differentiated data-informed programs that use explicit teaching, evidence-based practice and high expectation to improve academic, social and behavioural outcomes.
• High level interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, parents/carers, external agencies and the wider community to promote inclusivity.
• Develop and implement differentiated Personalised Learning Plans and Behaviour Support Plans for students with complex needs.
