Responsibilities

• Promote equity and appreciation of diversity to ensure equitable opportunities for student learning.
• Plan effective lesson plans aligned with state/district standards with adaptations as needed.
• Establish and maintain a safe, organized classroom conducive to learning.
• Use technology/instructional media to enhance learning experiences.
• Observe, assess, and document student progress; participate in IEP meetings.
