• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Able to differentiate instruction and adapt curriculum.
• Effective behavior management skills.
• Proficient in using technology for instruction and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Promote an inclusive culture and equity in the school.
• Manage IEP development, reevaluations, and documentation per IDEA/state regs.
• Serve as case-manager for students with IEPs and ensure data-driven services.
• Coordinate services for students with complex needs and embed life skills.
• Conduct frequent progress assessments and adjust supports.
• Establish partnerships with families for active participation in planning.
• Collaborate with general education to co-plan/co-teach and adapt lessons.
