Responsabilités

• Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and needs.
• Provide direct instruction, small group instruction, and one-on-one support as needed.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as necessary to ensure growth.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and assessments to meet needs of students with disabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, IEP goals, and communication with parents and stakeholders.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to support best practices in special education.
• Develop learning strategies and modifications for team teaching and small-group instruction.
• Have a positive attitude and commitment to a high-quality education program.
