Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Special Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years supporting inclusive educational systems in public schools.
• Knowledge of IDEA, LRE, UDL, MTSS, PBIS, restorative practices, and culturally responsive education.

Responsibilities

• Analyze programs, policies, and practices to improve inclusion.
• Develop strategic plans to strengthen inclusive systems across districts.
• Coach educators on evidence-based instructional, behavioral, environmental, and social-emotional supports.
• Provide collaboration and toolkits to school and district teams.
• Monitor implementation fidelity and outcomes using data.
