Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 60 college hours from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Ability to work well with children and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instruction under direct supervision of the teacher and work with individual students or small groups.
• Assist in classroom management and prepare instructional materials and displays.
• Provide for safety and supervision of students during lunch, bus, and playtime.
