Job summary

The Walt Disney Company’s WDI Creative Development Inclusive Strategies Intern program in Glendale, CA invites you to join a team that blends storytelling, design, and cultural research to create inclusive Disney experiences.

As an undergraduate intern, you will work on multiple projects, coordinate logistics, develop presentations, and help research topics on culture and guest experience, with a compensation of $26.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Fine Arts in the arts or related design field.
• Be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Be available for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on projects that foster growth, learning, and awareness of cultures.
• Coordinate logistics for Inclusive Strategies programs and guardrails.
• Develop and design creative presentations and materials.
• Research topics on culture, global communities, and guest experience.
• Support scope and schedule development for projects/programs.
