Job summary

Walt Disney Imagineering in Glendale, CA is seeking a Creative Development Inclusive Strategies Intern for Spring 2027. The role supports culture-driven projects and develops presentations while learning from industry professionals.

The internship runs January 2027 to June 2027, is based in Glendale, CA, and pays $26.50 per hour for undergraduates. Must be enrolled in college, 18+, have work authorization, and be available for the full duration.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing BA/BFA in arts or related design field.
• Be at least 18 years old and have unrestricted work authorization.
• Have not completed one year of continual Disney internship or program.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple projects fostering growth, learning, and awareness of cultures.
• Collaborate with internal managers, external speakers, and organizations.
• Support the team in developing scope and schedule for projects/programs.
• Coordinate logistics for Inclusive Strategies programs, guidelines, and guardrails.
• Brainstorm with team for updating experiences.
• Develop and design creative presentations and materials.
• Research topics focusing on culture, global communities, and guest experience.
