Job summary

Urban Dove Team Charter School (UD Team) seeks educators who will co-teach five 55-minute classes in a dynamic, data-driven, competency-based program. Candidates should support over-age/under-credited youth and work within an ICT environment to promote student achievement and Regents exam success.

Ideal applicants hold NYS certification and a Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree and SESIS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• New York State Certification.
• Experience in a Transfer School preferred.
• Google Applications proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-teach five 55-minute classes.
• Collaborate in an Inclusive Co-Teaching (ICT) environment.
• Maintain an organized classroom that promotes student thinking and independence.
• Plan and implement student-centered instruction for multiple learning styles.
• Participate in IEP meetings and use data to track progress.
