Responsibilities

• Create lesson plans aligned to state standards and individual IEPs.
• Instruct students according to IEPs and state standards.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration to address student needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress; provide interventions as needed.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
• Administer and develop subject‑specific assessments to gauge progress.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress and goals.
• Use available technology in lessons.
