Job summary

Applitrack seeks a Network Inclusion Facilitator for a High School Network to support inclusive education and strong collaboration with IEP teams. The role focuses on aligning practices with evidence-based inclusive strategies and safeguarding confidentiality.

You will monitor student progress, coordinate with general and special education staff, and help implement accommodations and behavioral plans across lessons and settings.

Qualifications

• Professional Educator or Provisional Educator License required.
• Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement or related services area.
• Experience with IDEA regulations and special education guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Attend IEP meetings and maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Monitor and document student progress, data collection, and annual reviews.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to adjust IEP goals and supports.
• Provide instructional support in general education and inclusive settings.
• Model and implement FBA/BIP strategies and behavior management.
• Develop professional development on inclusion practices.
