A nonprofit organization in Onalaska is seeking a part-time Inclusion Mentor to support individuals with disabilities through mentorship and guidance. Job Description

The Inclusion Mentor will be provide mentorship and positive guidance to children and adults with disabilities while making a positive impact in the community. With in-depth training on disability adaptations, accommodation, and personal care needs you will gain critical experience in positive guidance techniques and program creation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, andfacilitate practices
• Setup and take down equipment
• This is apart-time position working an average of 6-8 hours per week allhours are evenings and weekends.
• Summer hours will offer more hours due to the 3 weeks of camp we have from 7:30a-3p
