• Monitors, detects, analyzes, and responds to cybersecurity incidents across enterprise systems using established playbooks and incident response policies.
• Performs initial triage, containment, eradication, and recovery steps to mitigate incidents.
• Maintains detailed records of security incidents, investigations, remediation steps and prepares summary reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborates with IT, compliance and risk management to ensure integrated security measures are addressed.
• Participates in post-incident reviews and lessons learned sessions to refine incident response processes and strengthen the security posture.
