Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with hands-on incident response and security operations.
• Experience supporting complex incident response in SaaS, cloud, and multicloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern attack techniques, incident management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Understanding of application delivery and security architectures (WAF, DDoS, API security, Kubernetes).
• Experience with AI security investigations and related tools and data sources.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO, SOC, PCI, and GDPR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end incident response for cyber and product security incidents, including preparation, detection, containment, recovery, and post-incident learning.
• Coordinate incident workstreams, track decisions and actions, and maintain response visibility across regions.
• Build incident response capabilities for AI-enabled applications and models in collaboration with AI engineering and product security teams.
• Prepare clear incident updates and technical summaries for leadership reviews, audits, and customer escalations.
• Track KPIs and KRIs for response effectiveness and drive improvements in MTTR, observability, and automation.
