Sophos, a remote-first cybersecurity company, seeks an experienced professional to lead cyber incident investigations within the Critical Incident Response Unit. You will perform advanced forensic analysis, containment, and cross-environment communication for diverse customer environments.

Requirements include 3+ years in cyber security investigations, knowledge of incident response methodologies, and network/endpoint experience across Windows, Linux, and macOS.

• 3+ years of experience in cyber security investigations.
• Knowledge of incident response methodologies and tools.
• Network and endpoint investigation experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the investigative stream of active cyber incidents within the Critical Incident Response Unit.
• Perform advanced forensic analysis, containment, and communication tasks across diverse customer environments.
• Investigate, contain, and respond to cyber incidents using Sophos technologies.
• Analyze malware, ransomware, and other attack types.
• Provide clear customer communication and post-incident reporting.
