Job summary

Hagerty Consulting, Inc. is seeking Incident Management Team (IMT) Members to join our Response Cadre. This contract-based role supports state and local agencies in active disaster missions and is not a full-time staff position.

Candidates must be willing to deploy across the United States for extended periods and operate within ICS/NIMS frameworks. Responsibilities include EOC activation support, coordinating with partner agencies, and managing logistics to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• At least seven (7) years of professional experience in emergency management or a related field.
• Experience working in an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) or as part of an Incident Management Team (IMT).
• NIMS Incident Command System (ICS) All-Hazards Position Specific training courses and/or credentials preferred.
• Completed Task Books for Command and General Staff and/or Support Positions preferred.
• The ability to work 12-hour shifts as needed based on the client’s operational tempo.
• Willing and able to be on-call for travel within 24 to 72 hours of notice and to remain deployed for at least 30 days anywhere in the United States.

We are currently seeking Incident Management Team (IMT) Members to join our Response Cadre. As an IMT Member: Response Cadre, you will be responsible for providing support to state and local government agencies in their active disaster missions. Incident Management Team (IMT) Member: Response Cadre candidates will be considered for membership on a roster of professionals available for contract-based deployment positions. Successful candidates will be deployed in support of clients immediately after major incidents to fill key IMT positions.

Compensation for IMT Member: Response Cadre Includes:

• Salary range of $88,000 - $150,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, location, travel requirements, and other business and organizational needs.
