Job Summary

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Calculate and analyze corporate Formula bonus program results and payouts. Serve as point of contact for all employees (including senior leadership) regarding the Formula bonus program.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Compile, process and audit quarterly Formula bonuses for a large corporate employee group.

1a.Track and calculate results for employee specific KPI’s (Sales, Profitability, etc.) on a quarterly basis.

1b. Process, update and adjust for changes in employee compensation to maintain accurate Formula bonus details.

2. Create and distribute monthly performance reports with all supporting documents. This will include fielding questions from employees and management.

3. Audit and maintain the integrity of source documents used in Formula bonus calculations. Reconcile data provided; escalate reconciliation issues with manager.

4. Identify and present opportunities for process improvement; automate Formula bonus worksheets for assigned areas.

5. Calculate monthly Formula bonus accruals for assigned areas.

6. Other Finance duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

High school diploma.

Relevant Work Experience

At least 2 years of work experience in one or more of the following fields: compensation, internal audit, financial analysis and/or accounting.

Additional:

Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel, including the use of the following functions: SUMIFS, nested IF statements, V/XLOOKUP and leveraging pivot tables).

Experience in controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines

Experience taking the steps to ensure the assignment/project is accomplished within tight timeframes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Relevant Work Experience

Experience working with incentive compensation environment.

Medline work experience.

Additional

SAP experience.

SQL, Alteryx or Power Pivot experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$63,960.00 - $92,560.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
