Job title: RF Design Engineer

Pay rate: 11k/Month

Location: San Ramon, CA (On Site)

The position is centered primarily around DAS design and execution, so hands‑on DAS experience is essential. In particular, the resource should have strong experience with iBwave/Unity and working knowledge of DAS OEM platforms such as Andrew/CommScope, Corning, or similar systems. This background is critical for the resource to efficiently execute the required tasks with minimal ramp‑up.

• Executive RF & DAS Leadership: Brings more than 5 years of hands‑on DAS experience grounded in RF engineering, wireless architecture, and high‑density cellular deployment environments.
• AT&T Network Delivery Expertise: Combines LTE/5G architecture knowledge with practical understanding of AT&T standards, implementation processes, and end‑to‑end cellular equipment delivery.
• DAS OEM & Ericsson System Knowledge: Applies working knowledge of Andrew, Corning, and other DAS OEM platforms along with Ericsson hardware configuration, radio/baseband dimensioning, and scalable design concepts.
• Capacity & Investment Strategy: Performs capacity analysis, 5‑year forecasting, system dimensioning, and ROI evaluation to support investment prioritization and strategic network proposals.
• Performance optimization & technical analysis: Uses field validation, measurement analysis, root‑cause assessment, tools such iBwave, spectrum analyzers, TEMS scanners, SQL, Python, and contemporary development.
• EF&I Commissioning & Cross‑Functional Execution: Supports DAS commissioning, integration, and handoff activities while partnering across engineering, construction, vendor, and operations teams
