We are looking to hire an RF Inbuilding Engineer based in Little Rock, AR, and Houston, TX (Hybrid)

What will you do as RF Inbuilding Engineer

Job Duties & Must Have Skills (Most Important):

1. Support the National Inbuilding team in reviewing In Building designs (in iBwave format) and completing the required RF paperwork per project.
2. Filing 911 and regulatory paperwork for all projects assigned to you.
3. Team up with experienced RF Design engineers to manage projects throughout the country.

Required Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of FCC Emissions and RF Safety guidelines.
• Proficient in RF/Regulatory and PM Software: Atoll, Fuze/Siterra, Roof master/Roof view.
• Expert in office computer applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• RF System Optimization techniques for voice and data for Nortel, Motorola, and/or Nokia infrastructure.
• Good understanding of engineering concepts, with aptitude and desire to learn and advance in a technical field.
• Experience in RF Design for Indoor Systems.
• Experience with RAN and DAS OEM systems.
• Expertise with prediction and Mapping tools (Atoll, iBwave, MapInfo, Windcatcher).
• Deep understanding of RF Engineering elements affecting decisions.
• End-to-end understanding of systems and technologies involved.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools and their limitations.
• Attention to detail and organized approach.
• Ability to complete tasks under stressful situations.
