Southern Glazer's offers a competitive compensation package with an expected first year total earnings range starting from $63,5000 - $85,000 / yr plus 10% annual bonus potential. The warehouse portion of the facility is approximately 285K SF, built in 2019, and it houses a combined 3-mile conveyor system on both the main floor and mezzanine level. Qualified candidates must have experience with distribution facilities of comparable size and complexity. The hours are dayshift Monday through Friday. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately. Overview

Responsible for leadership and management in a warehouse with high volume, scope, and complexity. This role will provide overall direction and coordination of all warehouse activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline receiving personnel to ensure all Inbound functions are accomplished efficiently and accurately
• Ensure all team associates understand and operate within the organizational, operational, inventory controls, safety, and service policies and procedures
• Coach, train, direct, and counsel Operational associates on overall performance
• Define productivity expectations and efficiencies; monitor progress regularly
• Identify and recommend opportunities for employee development and performance improvements
• Ensure safety compliance of all team member
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/preferred
• 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management systems
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
• Additional hours may be required during peak periods
• Capable of working flexible hours which could include overnight, early morning, and/or late evening

• May require lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 50lbs
