Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business preferred (equivalent experience acceptable).
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in warehouse or inbound logistics.
• Strong knowledge of receiving and inbound processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• CLD Preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inbound warehouse functions: receiving, unloading, inspection, and put-away.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with receiving documents and vendor requirements.
• Monitor inbound KPIs like dock-to-stock time and vendor compliance.
• Provide direct management of receiving staff, including training and development.
• Optimize labor schedules and manage department expenses.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Implement process improvements for inbound efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local receiving regulations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized inbound work area.
• Partner with IT to improve inbound reporting and automation.
