Job summary

Control Panels USA is seeking an entry level Inbound Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team at our Georgetown, TX site. The role includes kitting materials for production, pulling inventory for shop or field needs, and assisting the Warehouse lead.

The ideal candidate is well organized with strong communication skills and can work both independently and as part of a team. Regular hours are Monday–Friday with occasional overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitting of materials for production and field operations.
• Pull inventory items as needed for shop or field use.
• Sign out equipment, consumables, and project-related parts in the system.
• Assist with cleaning out job shelves and maintaining organization.
