ALDI Springfield, OH is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate (Inbound) for 3rd shift. Starting wage is $25.25 per hour with scheduled increases in Year 2–5. 30–35 hours weekly; ability to work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas; comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Responsibilities include receiving inbound stock, selecting stock for orders, relocating merchandise, packing for shipment, and assisting with inventory counts. Training and safety programs are provided.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be able to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receive inbound stock and select outbound stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment; unload incoming shipments from trucks.
• Perform general cleaning and safety procedures; participate in inventory counts.
• Escalate product quality, safety, or sanitation concerns to management.
