Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound activities and meet safety, quality, and productivity standards. You will help receive and process orders, operate equipment, and assist in cross-training across warehouse areas.

The role requires physical duties, routine problem solving, and adherence to OSHA and company policies. Work hours are Monday–Friday with potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Frequently lift 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly.
• Previous material handling equipment experience preferred (PIT).
• RF scanner/voice-pick experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: picking, quality checks, sorting, packing, loading and shipment prep.
• Pick large items with equipment or small unit items onto designated carts.
• Cross-train across warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (forklift, order picker).
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and perform housekeeping.
• Resolve routine problems and communicate concerns to management.
• Attend associate meetings as needed.
