Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. is expanding operations with a new distribution center in Shannon, Mississippi. We seek a warehouse leader to guide 10-15 associates, assign daily workload, and ensure safety and productivity goals are met.

You will train staff, process end-of-day paperwork, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain accurate orders. This role requires strong English communication and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English.
• Experience leading 10+ people in a warehouse.
• Proficient with RF scanning systems.
• Capable of operating a forklift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct put-away orders and train new employees.
• Lead daily meetings and assign workload to 10-15 associates.
• Process end-of-day paperwork and reconcile discrepancies.
• Audit orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Lead 10-15 associates in daily communication meetings, issuing each team member their daily workload. Train, motivate, and lead the department to meet all daily production and safety goals while taking direction from theshift supervisor. Take on accountability for all department operations, actions, and results.

Responsibilities

• Give direction on put-away orders, including special orders
• Train new employees
• Process end-of-day paperwork
• Troubleshoot inaccurate put-away discrepancies and missing product
• Audit orders for accuracy
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Adept knowledge of RF Scanners/Systems
• Ability to operate a Forklift (Order Picker, Sit-down or Walkie-Rider)
• Understand the essential throughput of a Logistics Operation
• Proven leadership of 10 or more people in a warehouse setting
• Shipping and Receiving experience
• High school diploma or equivalent experience in warehousing
