We are seeking full-time Inbound Sales Representatives. If cold calling isn’t your thing, neither is ours – our customers call us with storage needs. Your role is to assist customers by reserving the best storage unit for their needs and providing excellent customer service.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay starts at $16/hr plus commission! At Extra Space Storage, our close-knit team allows passionate leaders to coach you to success, which could include maximizing your monthly commission or obtaining promotions within our call center or corporate offices.
