Job summary

HairClub is seeking high-performing inside sales professionals who can guide conversations with qualified inbound leads and convert them into in-person consultations. This role emphasizes consultative closes, relationship building, and earning potential through uncapped incentives.

You will engage inbound inquiries, educate clients on options, overcome objections, and work toward exceeding consultation conversion goals in a fast-paced environment.
