What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an expert resource for families seeking senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience
- Handle inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct in-depth consultation calls with families
- Educate families on customized senior care options and facilitate connections with appropriate providers
- Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
- Achieve daily production benchmarks by referring families to communities and scheduling tours

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone while taking notes
- Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and internal CRM systems
- Completion of new hire training program

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within the senior care industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales-related software
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with clients
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
