Bosley HairClub is seeking a highly capable bilingual Inside Sales Consultant (English/Spanish) to engage qualified leads and guide conversations toward in-person consultations. This role emphasizes trust-building and effective needs assessment in both languages, not a traditional call center.

You will work exclusively with qualified leads, converting opportunities into consultations with a focus on performance-driven earnings and career growth.

Bilingual Inside Sales Consultant (English/Spanish)

Bosley HairClub is looking for high-performing bilingual inside sales professionals who know how to build trust, guide conversations, overcome objections, and earn commitment, in both English and Spanish.

This isn't a traditional call center role or an appointment-setting job.

You'll work exclusively with qualified outbound leads: people who have already reached out because they're actively looking for solutions. Many of the clients we serve nationwide prefer to have these conversations in Spanish, and being able to meet them in the language they're most comfortable with makes a real difference. Your job is to understand their needs, educate them on their options, and secure their commitment to an in-person consultation with one of our hair restoration experts.
