We’re looking for acommission-only sales closerwho can confidently walk a lead through their ad account, spot what’s broken, and guide them into the right offer — from management to done-for-you setups or local service ads.

Compensation:

• Commission-only structure
• Starts at20% commission of the first invoice (cash-collected)
• Additional incentives available based on performance and volume
• No cap —top closers can earn $4K–$8K+/month

What We Sell:

• Google Ads Management(our bread and butter)
• Done-For-You (DFY) Campaign Setups
• Bing / Microsoft Ads
• Google Local Service Ads (LSAs)
• Comprehensive Audits(sometimes for free as it's a good sales tool)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handlequalified inbound leads— no prospecting
• Nurture, follow up, engage, and sell our inbound leads
• Review client ad accounts (access provided) and deliver quick-win insights
• Prescribe the right solution based on their goals + account gaps
• Manage deal flow using ourGHL-based internal system + CRM
• Work with fulfillment team for smooth onboarding and transitions

Who You Are:

• Aconfident closerwho knows how to consult and prescribe
• You’ve sold digital marketing services before (ideally PPC or media buying)
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads— you can navigate accounts and spot key issues
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRMs (GHL experience a plus)
• Proactive, coachable, and motivated by commission
